Business & Watch company is engaged in sales of worldwide known watch brands for over 10 years. Today we are one of the leaders on the Russian watch market which was repeatedly proved by prestigious awards. During those years we have gained a good experience of work and knowledge of market specifics what allow us to cooperate with our partners throughout Russia and abroad.

The main activity of the company is official distribution of international watch brands in Russia through wholesale and own retail network.

The company started its business by cooperation with Citizen company in 1994. In 1986 this worldwide known company gained and still holds 1st place in the world at production of watches and watch movements offering state-of-the-art technologies.

In 1997 Business & Watch started its cooperation with Romanson company producing wide range of quartz analog watches.

Gradually expanding its position on the market, in 2002 our company established partnership relations with Japan CBM Corporation and became distributor of Q&Q watches in Russia.

Since 2003 our company was one of the distributors of Timex watches. Timex corporation is dealing with elaboration, production and sales of watches all over the world for more than 150 years. It is fairly called “Forebear of watches”.

In 2004 we started our cooperation with French brand OPEX and worldwide known FCUK brand. In 2005 Business & Watch company signed agreement for exclusive distribution right for Timex watches in Russia.

An agreement for representation of Romanson brand by 2 companies in Russia was signed in October 2005.

 In 2006 Business & Watch company get the exclusive distribution right of Lancaster, Ted Lapidus and Jacques Bogart brands in Russia.

 In 2007 Elite Corporation has chosen Business and Watch as an exclusive watch distributor of the analogous mark in Russia. Magnificent world brand Elite has occupied the world market. 

In 2007 Business & Watch get the exclusive distribution right of Ingersoll and Clyda brands in Russia.

In the end of 2007 Business & Watch company signed the Distributors Agreement on exclusive representation of Paris Hilton brand.

In May, 2008 the exclusive Distributors Agreement was signed between Tempus and Business & Watch company.

In June, 2008 Business & Watch company acquired the distribution right of the jeweler brand GL in Russia.

In July, 2008 Business & Watch company signed the Agreement of the exclusive right to distribute Aigner watches in Russia.

In 2010 Business & Watch company  acquired the official distribution right  of brand Police in Russia

Business & Watch company intends to the long-term mutually advantageous cooperation with its partners, participates in joint commercial projects (sales, advertising and service).
